The company first held the 2025 special collective contract negotiation meeting for wages, followed by the joint meeting of the third employee representative conference, and both meetings were successfully held. 2025 Collective Bargaining Conference


The first stage of the collective negotiation meeting is the rigorous and orderly preparation work. On June 23rd, the employee side first submitted a negotiation offer letter to the enterprise side; On June 24th, the enterprise quickly responded and agreed to negotiate, and both parties lawfully produced 12 negotiation representatives. At the negotiation meeting, Chen Yan, the chief representative of the enterprise, conducted a comprehensive review of the implementation of the 2024 "Wage Special Collective Contract" and reported in detail the opinions of employees on issues such as working hours and labor remuneration that they are concerned about. The union chairman Chen Youyu presented the company’s sales revenue and profit data for 2024, providing a solid basis for negotiations.

Subsequently, representatives from both sides conducted multiple rounds of in-depth discussions on core issues such as the 2025 industry wage growth mechanism, employee wage distribution system, and welfare benefits. Eventually, they reached an agreement and completed the draft of the "Special Collective Contract for Wages", building a "protective wall" for employee rights and interests. At the end of the negotiation meeting, Chen Youyu, on behalf of the company’s leadership team, expressed sincere gratitude to all attendees, emphasizing that employees are the core force of enterprise development. Fifteen employee representatives attended the meeting and actively raised questions and suggestions regarding the newly revised "Salary Management System," "Employee Promotion Management Measures," "Employee Recruitment and Probationary Period Management Measures," "Relatives Avoidance Management Measures," and "Employee Handbook." Based on the actual work situation, the representatives actively raised questions and suggestions, and HR manager Chen Yan provided detailed answers one by one. After anonymous voting, 15 representatives unanimously passed the resolution to revise the system and manual.
