Chongqing Paishing Technology’s 2026 Winter Vacation Staff Children Care Program has successfully concluded.

On February 28, the 2026 Winter Vacation Staff Children Care Program of Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion at the Staff Home. Led by the District Committee of the Communist Youth League and meticulously organized by the Company Labor Union, the program was conducted in three sessions over a total of 16 days. With attentive services, diverse activities and careful management, it provided staff children with a fulfilling and happy winter vacation, effectively solving the childcare difficulties for employees during holidays, and practicing the service commitment of "Practical Deeds for Staff" with concrete actions.




To further enhance employee care, based on the experience of the previous two sessions, the Company Labor Union has continuously optimized service procedures and enriched activities, providing care services for children aged 6–12 of formal employees. This session strictly followed the principles of safety, health and benefit, and was held at the Company Staff Home. Safety management and order maintenance were implemented throughout the process, creating a secure and comfortable growth environment for the children.




During the care program, the curriculum balanced academic tutoring and interest development. In the academic tutoring sessions, full-time supervision was provided to help children efficiently complete winter vacation homework, correct learning habits, answer academic questions, and consolidate their learning foundations. In the interest-development classes, a variety of activities were offered, including reading, painting, handcrafts, music, and educational games. Through hands-on practice and interactive experiences, the children explored their potential and enjoyed themselves. Cultural, sports activities and safety education were carried out simultaneously. Fun games helped build physical fitness, inspiring films enriched their minds, and daily safety education enhanced children’s awareness of self-protection, supporting their all-round development.




The three sessions of the care program were carried out in an orderly and stable manner. Amid laughter and joy, the children gained knowledge, friendship and growth, while employees were free from worries and able to focus on their work. Everyone spoke highly of the program, saying that the company-run childcare service was considerate and practical. It not only solved the problem of childcare during the vacation but also allowed the children to spend a meaningful holiday, making them fully feel the warmth and care of the corporate family.




This winter vacation childcare program is an important measure taken by the Company Labor Union to focus on the urgent needs and difficulties of employees and enhance caring services, which further strengthened team cohesion and fostered a harmonious and warm corporate culture. Going forward, with the guidance and support of the District Committee of the Communist Youth League, the company will continue to uphold the people-centered philosophy for employees, further optimize the employee service system, and regularly launch practical and warm-hearted projects.
