To commend advanced individuals, set role models, and gather the striving force of all staff, Dongguan Paishing Swan Factory and Tianxin Factory successively held the "Unite as One · Pay Tribute to the Extraordinary — 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony for Outstanding Teams and Individuals". Leaders at all levels and all employees gathered at the ceremony to review the journey of struggle, witness the glorious moments, and encourage all colleagues to forge ahead hand in hand towards a new journey of high-quality development driven by the power of role models.

The commendation ceremony at the Swan Factory kicked off at the Business School. Mr. Liang Zhijian, General Manager of the Color Printing Division, delivered a speech on stage. He reviewed the company’s journey of overcoming challenges in 2025, expressed gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hard work, and shared high expectations for the company’s development in the new year.

The ceremony at Tianxin Factory was held in the lobby on the first floor of the office building. Mr. Xu Han, Chief Operating Officer, addressed the audience, affirming the diligence and contributions of all Paishing staff, and encouraged everyone to take role models as benchmarks to strive for new achievements in 2026.

The commendation ceremony held at the two factories in Dongguan covered a wide range of positions and teams. The Tianxin Factory presented three awards: Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Grassroots Manager, and Outstanding Team. During the award ceremony, leaders at all levels of the company presented honor certificates, trophies and plaques to the winning teams and individuals one after another.
