To thoroughly implement the company’s strategy of strengthening the enterprise through talents and vigorously promote the craftsmanship spirit, from December 30 to 31, 2025, the Die-Cutting Business Division of Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the 2nd Die-Cutting Skills Competition of 2025 with the theme of "Compete in Skills, Temper Craftsmanship, Improve Quality and Promote Development", guided by the core concept of "Precise Die-Cutting, Strive for Excellence". The competition aimed to fully stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for studying technology through on-the-job training and technical competition, build a platform for technical exchange, and forge a team of knowledgeable, skilled and innovative backbone talents for the high-quality development of the company.

The company attached great importance to this competition and specially established an event leading group. With Chang Tao, Deputy General Manager of Die-Cutting Operations, as the group leader, and Chen Youyu, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union, as well as Tang Junhui, Production Supervisor, as the deputy group leaders, the group fully coordinated the organization, coordination, implementation and publicity of the competition. A referee team composed of backbones from multiple departments including the Engineering Department, Quality Department and PMC Department was set up for the event, which strictly adhered to the judging principles of "fairness, impartiality and openness". The Safety Supervision Group provided full-process guarantees to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the competition. The Planning Department and Human Resources Department, in conjunction with the Trade Union, worked together to provide strong support for the effective promotion and influence of the event.

The competition content was closely centered on the actual die-cutting production, with four core assessment modules set up: equipment installation and commissioning, production process explanation, raw material handling, and production abnormality disposal. Among them, production abnormality disposal, as the key focus, comprehensively assessed the contestants’ ability to quickly diagnose and solve nine major types of common problems such as air bubbles, displacement, and burrs, which was highly practical. The competition strictly standardized the safe operation procedures, and all contestants wore protective equipment in accordance with the requirements, demonstrating the company’s good safety cultural literacy.

On the competition floor, all team leaders from the rotary die-cutting and flatbed die-cutting production lines were fully focused and striving for excellence. With solid professional foundation, proficient operational skills and efficient emergency response capabilities, they fully demonstrated the exquisite craftsmanship of the die-cutting employees of Kaicheng Technology. The referee team accurately recorded the competition data throughout the entire process and conducted impartial evaluations in strict accordance with the scoring standards; the staff worked efficiently and closely together to ensure the seamless connection of all links of the competition. After two days of fierce competition, one first prize, one second prize and one third prize were awarded in each of the two groups. At the subsequent award ceremony, the company leaders presented honorary certificates and cash rewards to the winning contestants, and all participating contestants were given commemorative gifts as encouragement. According to the competition incentive policy, the first-place winner in each group will be prioritized for nomination in the company’s "Annual Excellent Employee Selection". All qualified team leaders will be promoted in their post levels, and those who are already at the highest level and ranked among the top three will receive additional rewards.

This skills competition is not the end of skill improvement, but an important node in the company’s promotion of the skilled talent training project. Going forward, the Die-Cutting Business Division will systematically sort out the excellent operating methods emerged from the competition, compile them into a die-cutting operation SOP manual, and organize full-staff training and promotion to effectively transform "competition achievements" into "productivity". The company’s trade union will also continue to strengthen the publicity of the advanced deeds of skilled talents and actively build better and higher-level platforms for skill display.
