This drill was strictly implemented in accordance with the company’s annual fire safety arrangements. With advance planning and arrangement, a scientific and detailed plan was formulated to clarify procedures and division of responsibilities. All departments conducted full staff mobilization and removed obstacles from evacuation passages. The security department conducted a comprehensive inspection of fire-fighting facilities and debugged drill equipment, making thorough preparations in all aspects to lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the drill.

Upon the issuance of the drill command, smoke generators were activated, filling all floors with thick smoke as fire alarms sounded across the premises. Evacuation guides promptly took up their posts and guided employees to evacuate calmly. Following instructions, all staff bent over, covered their mouths and noses, and quickly and orderly proceeded along designated routes to the assembly point at the square in front of the office building. The whole process was well-organized and smoothly coordinated.

After arriving at the assembly point, person-in-charges of each department quickly counted the personnel and reported to the headquarters after confirming no one was left behind. Afterwards, Zhang Youjiang, Fire Captain, combined the actual drill situation, explained key points of fire escape and initial fire fighting with plain language and specific cases, demonstrated the usage of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, and popularized fire prevention knowledge for office areas, enabling employees to master relevant skills effectively.

To enhance learning through practical drills, hands-on sessions were arranged in this exercise. On-site staff provided demonstration and guidance, allowing selected employees to conduct practical operations personally. Unstandardized actions were corrected one-on-one, helping transform theoretical knowledge into practical emergency capabilities. Meanwhile, the drill effectively verified the rationality of the emergency plan and employees’ on-site response abilities.
