As the gentle spring breeze arrives in March, women bloom with grace and radiance. On the occasion of the 114th International Women’s Day, all subsidiaries of Paishing Technology launched festive greetings and themed activities simultaneously, extending sincere festival wishes and warm care to all female employees. These series of activities not only demonstrate the enterprise’s attention and recognition to female staff, but also enrich their spiritual and cultural life through diverse cultural experiences, uniting the striving strength of women.

To deliver care in a tangible way, all subsidiaries of Paishing Technology carried out workshop visits and greetings.

From Chongqing Paishing, Ms. Gao Mengying (Deputy General Manager), Mr. Chang Tao (Deputy General Manager of Die‑cutting Operations), and Ms. Chen Youyu (Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairperson of the Labor Union) led a team to the workshops. The condolence teams from all subsidiaries communicated face‑to‑face with female employees, fully affirming their contributions and sense of responsibility in the company’s development, and fostering a warm, harmonious atmosphere that respects women. In addition to the heartfelt greetings, each subsidiary planned diverse Women’s Day themed activities based on its own characteristics, allowing female employees to celebrate their special day in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

 Chongqing Paishing: Picking Spring Tea in the Tea Mountains, Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Helps Vitalize Rural Areas With the theme of "Thousands of Enterprises Vitalize Villages via Tea, Women Assist Agriculture in Spring Picking", Chongqing Paishing organized more than 30 female employees to the tea plantation in Erlang Village, Sanhe Town. A series of activities were held, including a tea-picking competition, an experience in intangible cultural heritage tea-making, and tea culture sharing. While getting close to nature, the female employees experienced the charm of traditional tea culture and contributed to rural vitalization with practical actions. Honor certificates and exquisite prizes were awarded to the winners of the tea-picking competition, with laughter and joy echoing among the tea mountains.

Dongguan Paishing: Like Spring Breeze, Shining in Grace With the theme "Like Spring Breeze, Shining in Grace", Dongguan Paishing organized nearly 40 female employees to participate in a flower arrangement experience activity. Everyone created unique and creative floral works by hand, and took part in the selection of "Most Creative Award" and "Most Beautiful Floral Design Award". The event was filled with fragrance and laughter. Female employees cultivated their taste and relaxed themselves through floral creation. They could also take their works home, bringing the beauty of spring into their lives.

 Weihai Paishing: Chasing Light with Grace, Blooming for Yourself With the theme "Chasing Light with Grace, Blooming for Yourself", Weihai Paishing organized a DIY beaded bracelet activity. In a relaxed atmosphere, female employees created with their hands, weaving sparkling beads into exquisite bracelets. It not only helped relieve work pressure but also showed their ingenuity and elegance. Everyone sat together, communicated and helped each other, gaining a strong sense of accomplishment and happiness through the handcraft experience.
