Chongqing Paishing Electronics Business Unit Skills Competition Successfully Conducted

In order to comprehensively improve the professional skills of the company's employees and achieve the goal of "promoting learning through competitions and assisting childbirth through competitions", the labor union of Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. has mobilized in various departments since the beginning of this year to promote the planning and organization of labor skills competition activities in each department. After mobilization, multiple departments such as the Color Printing Assembly Department and the Electronic Business Department submitted skill competition plans. The Paishing Trade Union conducted a strict screening of competition plans submitted by various departments, and ultimately, the Electronic Business Unit was selected as the first department to carry out the competition due to its good organizational ability and comprehensive plans.

On May 6th, led by the Paishing Labor Union, a labor skills competition mobilization meeting was held in front of the electronic business department. The employees were enthusiastic and actively registered. After several days of registration and preparation, the Electronic Business Unit Labor Skills Competition officially kicked off on May 10th. The competition mainly consists of three competition events: quality experts, soldering experts, and versatile workers, with over 30 employees registering to participate.

Conducting skill competitions is an important channel for companies to select and cultivate skilled talents. As a means of evaluation and certification, employee skill competitions play the role of flag bearer and horn in the construction of the company's talent team. Paishing Labor Union also hopes to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees in various departments of the company to "learn technology, practice skills, and stand up for skills" through employee skill competitions, and create a strong atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up, and surpassing" throughout the company, effectively promoting the production and construction of the company.
