In order to further strengthen democratic management, implement the people-oriented concept, ensure that employee representatives exercise their rights correctly, and ensure that their rights to information, participation, voting, and supervision are fully implemented, the first employee representative conference of Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held on December 29, 2023 at the Employee Home. 44 employee representatives from various departments of the company gathered together with the voices and enthusiasm of all Paishing adults, exercising democratic power, brainstorming for the high-quality development of the company, providing suggestions for reform and innovation, and jointly drawing a new blueprint for the high-quality development of Paishing Technology.

The conference opened with the solemn national anthem of the People’s Republic of China, presided over by Chen Youyu, Party Branch Secretary and Trade Union Chairman of Chongqing Kaicheng. She first reported to the Workers’ Congress on the preparations for the conference, and the conference approved Chairman Chen’s work report on "Consolidating Unity, Seeking Development Together, and Going All Out for the Listing of the Enterprise". The report reviews the achievements of Chongqing Paishing in 2023, including enterprise management, democratic management, employee activities, skill competitions, and social responsibility. She calls on all employees to unite and forge ahead in the new year, uphold a work attitude of never slacking off and never slacking off, actively seek breakthroughs, promote the implementation of various tasks, and spare no effort for the company’s listing!

In the communication and interaction section, everyone fully utilizes the spirit of ownership, based on practical work, revolves around the overall development situation, combines personal feelings, and expresses their own opinions and opinions freely.

Subsequently, Chen Youyu, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union of Chongqing Paishing, reported to the representatives of all employees on the collection of proposals for the first session of the third Workers’ Congress of Chongqing Paishing. A total of 19 proposals were collected, covering aspects such as production improvement, employee welfare, employee activities, labor safety protection, logistics services, etc. The proposals were numerous, wide-ranging, and of high quality, reflecting the strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the employee representatives. Wang Jie, the administrative supervisor, selected some of the employee proposals collected for on-site response, and provided targeted solutions and promised improvement measures in the response. The labor union will follow up and implement the proposal in the later stage, and provide feedback on the handling results to the proposer. The staff representatives unanimously believe that the standardized process, objective and detailed report of this Workers’ Congress have solidly promoted and implemented Kaicheng’s open and democratic management of factory affairs.
